The Spirit of Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving is a time to be grateful for everything we have and celebrate the simple things, like family, friends, health, and happiness. Reflecting regularly on all for which we are thankful will boost our emotional well-being. We can definitely propel our thankfulness forward, too, by showing those around us that we care about them—and it takes just a little effort to do so!

Here are a few gestures of generosity and gratitude that will spread joy and gratitude this holiday season:

· Spend time with loved ones.
· Offer your help and be attentive to other people’s needs.
· Volunteer.
· Share your gratitude.
· Call up the ones you love to ask how they feel.
· Write handwritten notes.
· Go to chapel to say thanks for the gift of life.
